About this Module

The Human Resource module focuses on how an enterprise attracts and manages skilled staff for achievement of the business objectives. In this module, we will discuss issues to do with recruitment, motivation, development and management of staff. This is all geared towards the end result of keeping turnover in check, enhancing of performance and the overall development of employees so that they become more valuable to the organization.
